The Atlanta Piping Foundation's ongoing success results from the efforts
of a dedicated group of volunteers. The Foundation is supported by
individuals from virtually every local pipe band. We share a common goal of
building the Foundation so that it can fulfill Winkie Taylor's dreams to
further excellence in education and performance of Scottish music.
